Connect Taoyuan to Claude Desktop
Claude Desktop uses local stdio: add taoyuan under mcpServers in claude_desktop_config.json with the command npx -y taoyuan-mcp and your key in TAOYUAN_API_KEY. Restart Claude Desktop and you can make a song from one sentence.
Steps
- Create an API key at musicsforyou.com/developers (starts with ty_live_)
- Add the JSON below to claude_desktop_config.json
- Restart Claude Desktop; the tools icon appears under the input box
- Keep the key in the local config file; never paste it into chat
